73. Settings

We will overhaul our settings.py file. Inside the ecommerce folder, we will create a new folder called settings and inside it add four files, __init.py__, base.py, production.py, and development.py.

What we are doing is we are spliting our settings configurations into two, one for production enviroment and the other for development, so we can automatically switch between them when making further work. The base.py will contain common settings necessary for both.
